Pa de pessic vegà de coco i llimona amb farina d’espelta. L’oli de coco ajuda a perdre pes i és eficaç per evitar malalties cardiovasculars i problemes de tiroides.
Posa la farina d’espelta, el llevat, la sal marina, el sucre de coco i la ratlladura de llimona en un bol gros i reserva-ho.
Tritura les llavors de lli fins que quedi una pasta fina. Afegeix-hi el suc de poma, el suc de llimona i l’extracte de vainilla i bat-ho fins a obtenir una barreja suau.
Afegeix la barreja anterior al bol amb els ingredients secs i remena bé perquè quedi tot integrat.
Unta un motlle per al forn amb una cullerada petita d’oli de coco líquid, aboca-hi la massa i enforna-ho durant 30-40 minuts. Punxa el centre amb un escuradents; si surt net siginifica que ja és cuit.
