Hierve la quinoa en dos volúmenes de agua junto con una pizca de sal, durante 15 minutos.
Corta la zanahoria en diagonal y ralla el daikon.
En una cazuela, escalda la zanahoria durante 2 minutos, mézclala con la arame, el daikon y las semillas de sésamo. Agrega la quinoa hervida y mezcla.
En un bol, mezcla con una varilla los ingredientes de la salsa.
Sirve la quinoa con las verduras, los berros, la hoja de roble y la salsa.
